Joshua House Visit

The sunlight was bright, the temperature cool and the atmosphere full of possibilities – it was the perfect afternoon for a visit. This is exactly what was done by the members of the Ruimveldt Life Improvement Centre Assemblies of God Youth Fire Ministries on the 12th July, 2008 when we visited the Joshua House Children’s Centre. It was Youth Fire Ministries’ first visit to the organization for the year and it was certainly a memorable occasion. So much so that most members were heartbroken when told it was time to leave. However, the time we did share, was time well spent. Some members played cricket, some played folk games, while others shared personal time the amazing and vibrant youth who’re housed by the centre. Beside the obvious fun taking place that afternoon, a small donation was made to Joshua House Children’s Centre by Youth Fire Ministries. The presentation was made to the Matron of the centre, Mrs. Gladys Accra, by the President of Youth Fire Ministries, Mrs. Keisha Lyte.
